Service Refunds<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul data-start=\"441\" data-end=\"1146\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"441\" data-end=\"879\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"443\" data-end=\"879\"><strong data-start=\"443\" data-end=\"479\">Custom IT Solutions and Services<\/strong>: As our services are personalized and tailored to your business needs, we do not offer refunds for completed projects, including website development, digital marketing, or IT services, once the work has been started. Refunds will only be processed for unopened\/unactivated software or within the vendor\u2019s refund period.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1454\" data-end=\"1624\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1456\" data-end=\"1624\"><strong data-start=\"1456\" data-end=\"1477\">Digital Downloads<\/strong>: Once digital products have been downloaded, we do not offer refunds unless the product is found to be defective or incompatible with your system.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 class=\"\" data-start=\"1626\" data-end=\"1663\"><strong data-start=\"1631\" data-end=\"1663\">3.
