1. Service Refunds

Custom IT Solutions and Services: As our services are personalized and tailored to your business needs, we do not offer refunds for completed projects, including website development, digital marketing, or IT services, once the work has been started. However, if there are any issues with the delivered work or if we fail to meet the project’s agreed-upon scope, we will work with you to make the necessary revisions and adjustments.
Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel a service before work has commenced, we offer a partial refund depending on the stage of the service. For work in progress, cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis, and refunds will be issued accordingly.

2. Software Products

Purchased Software: Software provided through Eddons (Techvenation’s software platform) is subject to the terms of the software vendor’s licensing agreements. Refunds will only be processed for unopened/unactivated software or within the vendor’s refund period.
Digital Downloads: Once digital products have been downloaded, we do not offer refunds unless the product is found to be defective or incompatible with your system.

3. IT Equipment and Hardware

Defective Equipment: If you purchase IT hardware through us and find it defective, we will facilitate the return or exchange in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty and return policies. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product for assistance.

4. Refund Process

Custom Solutions and Projects: Once work on custom IT solutions (such as website development or digital marketing campaigns) has started, it is considered non-refundable due to the nature of the services.

6. Modifications and Revisions

If you are not satisfied with the work provided, we offer free revisions within the agreed-upon scope. Any changes outside the original project scope may incur additional charges.
