2. Software Products

Purchased Software: Software provided through Eddons (Techvenation’s software platform) is subject to the terms of the software vendor’s licensing agreements. Refunds will only be processed for unopened/unactivated software or within the vendor’s refund period.

Digital Downloads: Once digital products have been downloaded, we do not offer refunds unless the product is found to be defective or incompatible with your system.
3. IT Equipment and Hardware

Defective Equipment: If you purchase IT hardware through us and find it defective, we will facilitate the return or exchange in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty and return policies. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product for assistance.
